We make every effort to package and ship all orders in stock within 48 hours. Vida Life offers competitive rates that have been negotiated with the carriers. In some cases we subsidy the cost of shipping.

Our Flat Ground Rates (if offered) apply to shipments made to the lower 48 states. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, are shipped via Priority Mail offered by the U.S. Postal Service. (additional cost)

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this web site passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Claims for damage in transit must be filed with the respective carriers.

Please allow up to 10 days for Ground packages to arrive to your destination. Upon shipment you will receive an e-mail and tracking number. If after 10 days from shipment you have not received your order, please log in to the carrier's web site (ie: Fed Ex, UPS, etc.) and track your package.
