If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused contents of a bottle/bag and any unopened product with the following documents:
a.- RGA Number (Returned Goods Authorization) Please e-mail us orders@vidalifeusa.com to obtain one. Include order number and date of order.
c.- Package product carefully, enclose copy of invoice or packing slip and write RGA number on shipping label.
Please ship within 30 days of shipment date to receive a full product refund. The cost of shipping return must be paid by you. Packages sent COD will be refused. No returns will be accepted after 30 days have passed. When shipping product back, please allow for up to 10 days to arrive to California.

Incorrect Goods
If we sent you something you had not ordered please e-mail us at orders@vidalifeusa.com within 7 days informing us of the problem. You can return it within 14 days unused in its original packaging and you will not be charged. If your card has been charged, a credit will be issued upon receipt of the merchandise that is in saleable condition. Please include your order number for faster service.
Damaged In Transit
We try our best to package the products in sturdy boxes with sufficient inner packing but sometimes, damage in transit happens.
If so, please make a note with the delivery driver and save all the packing material.
